Jonathan Sketas

  Our Owner & Principal Broker Jonathan was born in Queens, New York, but called Arkansas home since 1994 being raised in Conway and graduating from high school in Hot Springs. He started working in the service industry in Little Rock, learning   to love and be active in social settings, support local businesses, and of course, meeting new people. That passion for service and client relations has evolved into a career in Real Estate! Beginning said career as an administrative assistant for Carle Properties, he was then licensed in August of 2018; ready and eager to engage in the thriving Real Estate market that is Central Arkansas. Jonathan is looking forward to efficiently managing client’s schedules and needs, delivering the maximum amount of effort to ensure the job not only gets done, but done well! When he isn’t out “selling Arkansas one yard at a time,” one could find him enjoying his friends, and spending time with his dogs, Selene and Luna

Originally from a sleepy little town in Alabama, Melissa grew up with Southern manners and fishing with a cane pole in her dad's boat. She learned a lot about respect and morality. She holds an associate degree in Science and can honestly say she got her real education being an Army wife and raising three teenage boys. Melissa has traveled all over the world with the military. She is experienced in property management as well as Residential Sales. She joined Carle Properties in 2013 with 12 years of real estate experience.  In 2017, she purchased the company and is now the Owner/Principle Broker. She closed 107 units in 2019 and 22 million gross volume. She has finished consecutively in the top 3% of the MLS for years. She is tech-savvy and very competent in research. Her absolute favorite aspect of Real Estate is the relationships that have come from it. The friends she has made, the wonderful houses she has sold and the ever-changing challenge of making someone's dreams come true. Originally from a small town in southeast Arkansas, Daniel spent his growing up years in the country. From raising cattle, to driving tractors and combines, to tow trucks and A.T.V.s, Daniel got his southern hospitality and charm honestly. From small town boy to big city lights, Daniel found his way to central Arkansas somewhere around 2008. Daniel switched gears from the farm life to diving off into the medical field. He began a journey at a hospital in Pine Bluff, Arkansas that lead to him becoming a Registered Nurse in the year 2013. He worked his way from Pine Bluff up to Little Rock in and around 2016. He began a career at a hospital in central Arkansas that further led to his sense of care for the public. Daniel met Melissa Allen, the owner/principal broker of Carle Properties and he just knew that she would be a fit for his ever so changing life. After a few months Daniel acquired his Realtor license and is now beginning a second career that he hopes is as rewarding as the nursing career has been for him over the years. Michael Allen

Michael is a second-generation realtor. Following in the footsteps of his mother, who started out in property management, thrived as a realtor and is now the Owner and Principal Broker of Carle Properties. Michael has spent years watching and learning from the best and has developed a passion and level of commitment for his clients that reflects the tremendous example set for him!
